Sports Massage is a form of deep tissue therapy which will help alleviate the aches and stresses of modern everyday life. Despite the name, sports massage is not only beneficial for those of us who undertake regular exercise, but can help anyone and everyone! We are all likely to suffer muscle tension at some point, it could come from sitting at the desk 9-5 or pottering about in the garden, perhaps a tough 90 minutes or a long 18 holes.
